Question Presented (from Petition)

Fact 1. Racial Discrimination. Based on my first argument Tenecca Brunner is Caucasian, she is a female and I'm black male. She got her job back.

Fact 2. QSR stated that I didn't ask for my job back. I went back to Taco Bell the day after the incident happened. I spoke with Charolette McVay. I also called Darius and HR.

Fact 3. Everybody who was involved in this incident no longer work for QSR. Latwain Evans is the only person still working at Taco Bell.

Fact 4. It's multiple cases on Southeast QSR and Yum Brands for racial discrimination. 2017 WL 3659 Park McKinnon and Bryce Barber plaintiffs. Yum Brands Taco Bell Corp ES-O-EN Corp Valarie Martinez. Case no: 1:15 ev 00286 BLW

5. Discrimination where a black man won is Wilson v. Southwest Florida Enterprises, Inc. Case number 2:16cv 0063 8 PC CM according to the U S District Court for the Middle District of Florida. In this case the plaintiff, a black employee, successfully sued for racial discrimination and retaliation after being fired from his job. The jury awarded him a significant sum in damages.

6. The case is Robynn Europe v Equinox Holdings Inc. Et at case number 1:20 cv 07787 in the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.

7. Winning Summary judgment in Florida State Court has never been easy. Florida Courts often require the movant to prove a negative to disprove the other side a case in order to demonstrate the absence of a genuine issue of material fact. Civil procedure 1510 no SC20 1490 2020 WL 7778179 (Fla Dec 31 2020).

8. My constitutional rights were violated. Amendment 14.
