Question Presented (from Petition)

1. In 2006 onto 2008, did the named officers of the
court in the district court jointly perpetrate fraud on
the court to conceal petitioner Franklin's desert land
patent rights evidence from pretrial discovery evidence
for trial, to obtain their permanent injunction order
against Franklin's patent rights that is 100% concealed
in their court order ECF No. 111, and from all court
orders and judgments of record?

2. Does the newly discovered evidence and its
compelling interrogatory questions served to ("BWD
LLCs") lead attorney Urga in March 2021, prima facie
prove that the named "officers of the court" defrauded
the U.S. out of its 80 acre land patent, while knowing,
yet "concealing" it from all court record that Franklin
had and holds the desert land patent rights on his
entered 80 acre estate, under the longstanding land
patent law of this Court in Stockley v. United States,
260 U.S. 532 (1923).

3. On 07/19/2023, did the 9th Circuit Court panel recite
the Trensettah case that again "omitted" the remaining
part in such citation, that fraud "perpetrated by
'officers of the court' so that the judicial machinery
cannot perform in a usual manner its impartial task of
adjudging cases that are presented for adjudication." is
precisely the "high standard" of "fraud on the court" for
appellate court review and Stockley patent relief?

Question Presented (AI Summary)

Did the named officers of the court perpetrate fraud to conceal petitioner's patent rights?
