"Marron " prays this Honorable Court will hear his extraordinary case about the
errors of the lower courts when they violated Appellants ' Constitutional Rights by
misusing Judicial Rulings and Legislative Laws that are in conflict with this
Honorable Courts ' precedent cases as stipulated below in the following Questions:

1. Did the Virginia Supreme Court and Chesapeake Circuit Court of Virginia
Error when it failed to establish Jurisdiction of the Subject Matter?
