Elizabeth Alexander v. Bloomingdale's, Inc.
Me FEDERAL COURT IN GREENBELT, MD AND THE FOURTH CIRCUIT COURT IN RICHMOND VA, DENIED MY STATUTORY RIGHTS ASSERTED UNDER BOTH TITLE VI OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964 AND THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD CODE OF HUMAN RIGHTS AFTER I FILED VALID CHARGES AGAINST BLOOMINGDALES/MACY'S WITH THE EEOC ON APRIL 26, 2016. THESE CHARGES SPECIFIED RACIAL DISCRIMINATION, MAINTENANCE OF THE PERVASIVE HOSTILE WORK ENVIRONMENT, UTTERANCE OF PUBLIC SLANDER AGAINST ME, FALSE ACCUSATIONS OF MISCONDUCT AGAINST ME BY A DEPARTMENT MANAGER, AND PHYSICAL ASSAULT BY A SECOND BLOOMINGDALE STORE MANAGEMENT AND COERCION BY REGIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER TO CONCEAL MY STATUTORY RIGHTS WITH THE EEOC. WITHIN FOUR DAYS AFTER MY CHARGES WERE FILED BLOOMINGDALES/MACYS EXECUTED A RETALIATORY TERMINATION AGAINST ME. THIS TERMINATION WAS WITHIN THE TEMPORAL PROXIMITY WELL AS A VIOLATION OF MY ASSERTED STATUTORY RIGHTS UNDER THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1965 AS WELL AS THE MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD, CODE OF HUMAN RIGHTS (BASED ON A FORMAL, WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH THE EEOC: THE WORK SHARING AGREEMENT).
