questioning the Continuing Validity or soundness of this case??
2. What is good reasons to change a rule or policy that helps gives
prisoners incentive to stay conduct free??
3. Why doesn 't the constitution require state actors to enforce their
own policies and regulations?
4. And how isn't that consider discrimination if they do for some and
not ALL??
5. Can privately owned prisons choose to feed us sometimes and not
all the time?
6. Why aren 't prisoners entitled to showers or hygiene products?
7. Doesn 't the 14 amendment forbid states from creating laws that
abridge privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States?
8. Which one of the 50 states doesn 't have to follow the
constitution??
9. Does all the states have to follow the federal law??
10. If a state would to create a law and for that law to be approved it
has to fall in line with the 14th amendment, or that would be
consider a 14th amendment violation, if it didn 't right??
11. What does equal protection of the law mean?

13. If an employee of the State of Indiana makes a statement that there
isn't enough jobs for everyone then hires a new employee would
that make them bias or prejudices???
14. How can a state law violation, not be a constitutional violation??
15. Can a law be created, state or federal that doesn 't adhere to the
constitution??
16. How isn't a state law violation, not a constitutional violation??
17. What is the definition of discrimination? And does that definition
change depending on where you are located at in the United
States??
18. How can a person be discriminated against according to state law
and not federal law??
19. How doesn 't state law, federal law and the constitution fall under
the same umbrella??
20. How isn't violations of department regulation or practices not
considered constitution violations??
21. How does my American bom state rights supersede my
constitutional rights??
22. How can an actual claim that shows an actual injury not be
relievable??
23. Is there such a thing as a actual claim or injury where relief cannot
be granted??
24. Could this claim be consider a 10th amendment violation as well??
25. Why does it appear like the courts want to hide the knowledge of
law and take advantage of those not knowledgeable in law??
26. If a citizen brings a complaint, but maybe isn't bringing that
complaint in the "right way", why isn't it in that courts
"Jurisdiction " or any court for that matter, to help or point that
individual in the right direction??
27. As a judge, what 's more important running a business or rightly
governing the people??
28. Are states their own countries??
