entitled "Courtroom Minutes – Civil," hyperlinked to a
"Minute Entry" in the docket constitutes an "Order" for
purposes of Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 4(a); and

2. Even if the "Courtroom Minutes – Civil" are
deemed an Order, whether the docket entry of this
document as a "Minute Entry" constitutes entry of an
"Order" under Connecticut Court District Local Rule 77(a)
(2), which provides that "the notation in the appropriate
docket of an 'order'…shall constitute the entry of this
order," and therefore triggers the time to appeal.
