(1) whether a defendant who agreed to waive his right to appeal may nonetheless challenge his sentence on constitutional grounds other than ineffective assistance of counsel or that the sentence exceeds the statutory maximum; and (2) whether the sentencing judge's statement that the defendant has the right to appeal overrides an otherwise valid appeal waiver.
