1) Whether the lower court erred in applying a 4-level increase pursuant to U.S.S.G. Guideline § 3B1.1(a) in determining the Petitioner to be an organizer or leader of a criminal activity that involved five or more participants or was otherwise extensive.

2) Whether the district court erred in applying the 2-level increase pursuant to U.S.S.G. Guideline § 2D1.1(b)(1), in finding that a firearm was possessed but that it was clearly improbable the weapon was connected to the offense.
