Vermont 's Statutes Annotated regarding Libel and False Light, by Negligence in
view of Journalists Fair Privilege in reporting on Opinions, I believe the ruling
is inconsistent from the references of law throughout the nation per Milkovich
v. Lorain Journal Co., 497 U.S. 1 (1990) from showing of negligence Gertz v.
Robert Welch, Inc, 418 U.S. 323 (1974)
