1. Whether the Fourteenth Court of Appeals, erred
in its interpretation and application of Amendment
XIV, Section 1 of the United States Constitution,
specifically with regard to equal protection of the
laws.

2. Whether the Fourteenth Court of Appeals
properly considered the provisions of the Texas
Constitution, specifically Article I, Section 17 and
Article XVI, Section 50, in its decision related to
property rights.

3. Whether the Fourteenth Court of Appeals
correctly applied the Federal Trade Commission Act,
Section 5 (15 U.S.C. 45), in evaluating the consumer
purchase financing practices in question.

4. Whether the Fourteenth Court of Appeals
violated 18 U.S.C. Section 8 by participating in the
securitization of civil claims without full disclosure to
the parties involved, and whether this violation
affected the due process rights of the petitioner.

5. Whether the Fourteenth Court of Appeals
neglected to participate in adverse selection which
encouraged moral hazards on the unaware public.
