United States, the same shall be and remain subject to the jurisdiction, disposal and control
of the United States.
2. Whether the United States still owns the patent and title to the Unassigned Lands
ceded to the United States by the Muscogee (Creek) Nation and Seminole Indians following
the Civil War, leaving the area exclusively under federal jurisdiction.
3. Did the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals impose an improper and unduly
burdensome bar to deny petitioner, in an effort to circumvent and contravene the Supreme
Court 's precedent, that Subject-Matter Jurisdiction can "never " be forfeited or waived.
