DISTRICT COURT IS CONTRARY TO THE FIFTH AMENDMENT
DUE PROCESS CLAUSE FOR IT DEPRIVES PETITIONER OF
LIBERTY WITHOUT DUE PROCESS BY OPEN AND NOTORIOUS
MANIPULATION OF DISCOVERY INFORMATION AND USE OF A
CONFIDENTIAL SENTENCING DOCUMENT AGAINST THE
DEFENDANT.
II. THE FOURTH CIRCUIT'S DECISION IS CONTRARY TO THE SIXTH
AMENDMENT WHICH REQUIRES DEFENDANTS TO: HAVE
IMPARTIALITY; HAVE COMPULSORY PROCESS; BE INFORMED
OF THE NATURE AND CAUSE OF THE ACCUSATION; AND HAVE
ASSISTANCE OF COUNSEL.
Whether the Fourth Circuit's decision finding reasonableness in the sentence imposed by the district court is contrary to the Fifth Amendment due process clause and the Sixth Amendment right to a fair trial with impartial jury, compulsory process, notice of charges, and assistance of counsel
