Whether the Supreme Court will resolve a lack of uniformity in the application of the Corporate Disclosure Statement rules as required by Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 26.1 and Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 7.1; and to define the effect of the rules on a court's exercise of jurisdiction and a corporate litigant's standing to litigate a cause of action.
