Question Presented (from Petition)

Why did the NC Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit state that I was late filing, after the appeals' court accepted my extension request? That is why they dismissed my complaint according to the court documents.

The state court in Asheville, NC also stated Frontline National did not communicate to a third party that I had a criminal record and/or an issue with the North Carolina Board of pharmacy pending, so defamation per se does not apply in this situation. Frontline recruits' pharmacists which means they do communicate to a third party, so I do not understand why that is not considered defamation per se according to the law.

Question Presented (AI Summary)

Whether the lower court erred in its interpretation and application of the Fourth Amendment's protections against unreasonable searches and seizures
