Question Presented (from Petition)

APPENDIX A11121). because there is no transcript of the probate court's hearing on Fields application we presume the court initially considered the preferred class of family members, particularly Sharia and the other heirs. There was no hearing for Fields application, and no consideration was taken, for the other heirs or me, this is an issue that should be address?

APPENDIX A {H24}, R.C. 2109.24 governs the resignation and removal of a fiduciary. Fraudulent conduct, I proved Fields was concealing the assets in the motion to remove Fields, and the hearing for the motion was canceled. Why wasn't Fields removed.

APPENDIX AIH29). R. C. 2115.02. "Inventory" includes appraisement. R.C. 2115.01. Why wasn't the estate appraised, and the estate had the assets to have the appraisal.

APPENDIX A {H32}, the party disputing the estate's inventory has a burden of proving, I hope the pictures I filed with the Exception, Objection, and the motion to remove Fields are enough proof of the items I requested existence.

APPENDIX A {1137} The Objection" shall be supported by transcript of all the evidence summited to the Magistrate relevant to that finding or an affidavit of that evidence if a transcript is not available. Why wasn't we told at one of the hearing, that a Court Reporter should be at the hearing.

APPENDIX A (1144). Regarding a final account, an administrator must render a final account of the administration of the estate accordance with R. C. 2109.301. R.C. 2109.30 (A) and (B). Under R.C. 2109.301(A). The Sr. Magistrate and the Magistrate agreed that it was assets in the estate by approving The Amended Final Account, and why is it no disbursement.
