Question Presented (from Petition)

Can this man Reverse- Fraudulently Incurred Jail-Bond-Contracts, with Public and Private Corporate Entities, by Implementing his own Legally Binding Terms of Service Contract, for a Set Value of His Choosing while agreeing to Participate Voluntarily Where Fraud is being Rationalized through an Elaborate System of Legal-Coercion, a Legal Art form of Reporting Inflated and False Charges, that are Especially Unconstitutional on their Face, with the Goal Being, "To Secure Power of Attorney", and to ""Create a Security Instrument, "Billable to the Public"", using his Legal Identity without HIS Permission ?

1. Does this man have a Right, to Implement a Binding-Counter-Contract, with a Public or Private Organization /Corporation, whom are Acting Against the Publics Best interest, Arresting this Petitioner & People, and Converting His & Their Identities into $3000.00 Per Arrest Paper Assets, which this man Recently Found-Out, From a Nurses Son who's Mom Works at the Portland Justice Center and Is Upset, his Mom is Ready to Quit Her Job, so as not to have to Feel Responsible for These Fraudulent Actions?

Sometimes Victims, Like this Man, when this started almost ten years ago, Was Arrested Multiple Times, after losing a trial and being Confined for 30 Days on a Violation, then this man Was Released, Arrested, Released Again, and Again as an Apparent Object Lesson, Seven Times in a Week, also Being Put in Horrific Conditions; Cement Slabs, Corn Seed Maggots in Food, Solitary Confinement, and If You Complain, Prolonged Harassment, as Witnessed and Experienced by this Petitioner, for Untold Profits Paid For by the Tax Payers, and Pain and Misery, With-Out Consideration for this man?

Does a Victim of ID Theft - Through the Booking Process, Conversion - by turning Violations into Crimes, Human Trafficing by Force, Corrosion and False Imprisonment without a Cause {Lack of an Injured Party}, have a Right to Seek Remedy with a Privately Executed Contract, which Is To Say, it should be Activated during the Arrest and Before Arraignment Is Completed by Acquiescence, also Demand Consideration for Title 18 U.S. Code § 1962 - Prohibited Activities, crimes, where Public Enforcers are Committing Worse Crimes, than the Violations the Petitioner/Detainees are Committing, who are truly the ones Creating the Revenue Stream, by having Our Names Processed, like a Machine That Counts $100 Bills, men and women Taking Photos, Taking Finger Prints, and Taking Signatures, then Victims Reluctantly Accept Charges through an Elaborate Arraignment Process, Designed by Attorney's as a Fool Proof" DEBT COLLECTION PROCESS", Trafficking in Human Cargo and the Destruction of this man and Countless Thousands of Other Lives, this is not a Feel Sorry for me Scenario, this is just a Sad Fact?

2. Is there Remedy from Officials who Violate their Oaths of Office and Other's, Fundamental Constitutional Rights, by not Protecting the Public, but Instead Harass, Intimidate and Charge People with Frivolous Accusations like this Petitioner, with Overlapping Court Oates, Multiple Arrest, Pre-Trial Probations, Failure
