Appellant further believes the same court has so departed from the just and usual judicial proceedings, therefore, she is requesting for the exercise of The Supreme Court of the United States' supervisory power to answer the federal question stated above, but to do so orderly where she believes the following U.S.A Amendments have been violated by prolonging to hear the overall case (sexual assault 5:19-cv-1193) Current No. 19-30802:
