I Julia Louise McDuffy Johnson, Appellant believe The United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit has entered a decision which is in conflict the federal guidelines handout of the lower district court LR55.1, also FRCP 55.

A letter from the said court requesting a brief be submitted was dated October 03,2019. Appellant further believes the same court has so departed from the just and usual judicial proceedings, therefore, she is requesting for the exercise of The Supreme Court of the United States' supervisory power to answer the federal question stated above, but to do so orderly where she believes the following U.S.A Amendments have been violated by prolonging to hear the overall case (sexual assault 5:19-cv-1193) Current No. 19-30802:
