1) May a District Court, in a 28 USC §2255 proceeding, strike all of the evidence presented in support of the motion from the record, refuse to allow any evidentiary development, and, then, deny multiple grounds for relief for failure to present evidence in support, or, does a 28 USC §2255 movant have a right to present evidence, and, did the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit so far depart from the accepted and usual course of judicial proceedings as to call for an exercise of this Courts supervisory power when it refused to grant certificate of appealability on this issue?
