THE DEFENDANT IS ENTITLED TO AN EVIDENTIARY HEARING WAS NOT PROPERLY OR EFFECTIVELY REPRESENTED BY MY ATTORNEY DURING THE PRETRIAL PREPARATION PROCESS, AND UP UNTIL THE TIME THAT I ENTERED MY GUILTY PLEA.
