When i found out that i was being charge for (RAPE) .My Counsel told the judge in the Mardsen Hearing that it is prove in the of my innocence of the Rape Charge:s.Why did The judge saw that my counsel made a mistake when my counsel admitted that i could be in.nocence.Why did he leave those charges of Ra?e stand ?

And why did my couasei let the District attorney charge me with both Ra?e an Moletsation.When in fact there was know prove of Rape of any kind.

The district attorney gotten all the victims statements. and they all had the same statements. And not one of them support any Rape charges What was her ch arges base on.
