My Evidence shows under the influence alcoholic through examples of signature. This was a violation of the 6th and 14th amendments due process.
What I considered while I was under a seizure of my person they cut off a sealed black bag when home around inside trash a garbage can plastic. This was a violation of search and seizure standards of the 4th amendment and due process.
